The founder of Unlock Your Potential, Stephane Bachellerie, MS NEP, is trained in nutrition and exercise physiology.
He is a certified triathlon coach (CTC), strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), and personal trainer (CPT).
Stephane has coached and consulted with hundreds of people from all walks of life, including top executives, celebrities, and Olympic and professional athletes.
For the last 16 years, he has traveled around the world, from New Zealand to Norway, teaching the latest in human performance.
Stephane believes that every human being should know how to eat, train, and recover to fulfill their potential.
